VALVE SERVICES

We have fully equipped machine work shop to do all kind of valve maintenance and overhauling supports.
We do the following tests for each valves at our work shops


PRE TEST
Using our test rigs we test all kind of valves


INSPECTION
Valves will be inspected visually to find the wear or failure


OVERHAUL
Valves are cleaned or blasted seat , flange and disc faces inspection will be done . Machining / lapping as required will be compled and packings and gaskets will be replaced.


RE-ASSEBLING &TESTING
The valve is pressure/ hydro tested after rebuilt as per standard and certificate with number will be issued for easy identification


COATING
Painting will be done as per client/ manufacturer requirements


PROTECTION
Flange covers are fitted for protection during transportation
